1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return.
• Perishable and personal care items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns.

2. Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Return Procedure
